All Travel Safe Tagging products come with a 14 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it's the wrong type, just send it back to us. As long as the item is in the condition you received it, and within 14 days of the date of purchase, we'll be happy to give you a full refund or exchange it for the right item.
Enclosed with your order will be a "returns form", please complete this form with all the requested information and send it back with any items you wish to return or exchange.
When returning goods please keep a receipt of postage from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
